For security purposes, all watch orders require a signature upon delivery.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for insured shipments.

While insured shipping provides coverage for loss or damage during transit, please note:

We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the carrier beyond the coverage provided by insurance.

All purchases made through Broadway Watches, whether in-store, online, or through authorized promotions, are final. Once a transaction is completed and payment is received, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
