1. Shipping Insurance Requirement

To ensure your watch arrives safely and in the same condition as when it left our facility, all shipments must include insured shipping.

  • The insurance will cover the full purchase value of the watch.

  • The cost of shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final order total at checkout.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (depending on destination).

  • The carrier will be chosen based on speed, security, and coverage availability for insured packages.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

3. Signature Confirmation

For security purposes, all watch orders require a signature upon delivery.

  • This ensures your package is received by you or an authorized recipient.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for insured shipments.

4. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2 after payment is received and cleared.

  • During holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your watch has been shipped.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While insured shipping provides coverage for loss or damage during transit, please note:

  • In the rare event of loss, theft, or damage, the customer will be required to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Broadway Watches will assist in providing necessary documentation to support the claim.

  • We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the carrier beyond the coverage provided by insurance.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, insurance fees, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.

Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Broadway Watches, whether in-store, online, or through authorized promotions, are final. Once a transaction is completed and payment is received, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

2. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining quality standards, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Gift returns
